Added WebSocket reconnect logic with tiered exponential backoff to the E2E test frontend (
e2e/app/index.html). The frontend now retries on disconnect using delays of 0ms, 2s, and 10s (mirroring Ivy-Framework's retry policy), with a cap of 10 attempts to prevent infinite loops.API Changes
