There have been sightings of a shadow in Elvaan form attack random people in the Valkurm Dunes during the late hours. The rumor going around seems to be the Elvaan was a White Mage who had died in battle and is now taking his rage out on people.

Shami is willing to trade an item that seems to attract the shadow.
