This is an analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic, which explores both the number of deaths recorded and the vaccinations. The aim of this analysis to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world.

Data was gotten from Kaggle, them imported into Microsoft SQL Server, where the analysis was done.

• The country with the highest number of reported cases is United States of America
• The top 5 countries with the highest death rate per population are ? Peru, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, North Macedonia

Conclusion

• The COVID-19 pandemic had devastating effect all over the world as most countries suffered cases and even led to deaths.
• The emergence of the vaccines helped a great deal in reducing the number of cases.
