How can I update the forge version for arclight?

I see arclight for forge 1.20.1 47.3.22 but I really need the newest version 47.4.20. I've seen some pull requests about it but didn't understand how to make things out of it

1. Install the desired (Neo)Forge version in your server using their installer.
2. If you did it correctly, you'll have two (Neo)Forge folders in [your server]/libraries/net/minecraftforge/forge/: the default version installed by Arclight, and the one you installed.
3. If on Windors: copy the win_args.txt file from the desired (Neo)Forge folder, the version you installed.
4. Paste it in the (Neo)Forge folder that Arclight installed, replacing the original win_args.txt.
5. Done. Arclight will now look for the win_args.txt file in the default (Neo)Forge version folder, which then redirects it to the files of the new/desired (Neo)Forge version.

I tried following the instructions on their wiki, but whenever I modify win_args.txt and start the server, it reverts to the old version, and I don't know what to do about it.
