Control Surfaces for VDMX

Required VDMX build 8.2.2.3 and up for JSON import/export of control surfaces.

To add a control surface:

1. Upload the right layout to your controller via its firmware manager
2. In VDMX, add a Control Surface Plugin
3. Click "Import JSON Layout" and choose the template
