Improvements to jb_buildingblocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Buildingblocks is a good sandbox map for JBMod to have, but I have some minor suggestions for improvements to the map that could be added in JBMod's next update.

Describe the solution you'd like
1.Give it a soundscape, currently the only ambient sound in the map is the humming one near the weird metal bouncy castle

2.Change the water texture and make it less murky

3.Consider making the floating island you can teleport to bigger, to allow for another building space or possibly add more floating islands

(Optional) 4.Add a dock of some kind for the lake

Soundscapes might be good, I can add some of those if need be.
