Physics gun colors

Not really, this is more of a custom feature that would be nice to have.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want there to be in the multiplayer tab in options, a way to customize your physics gun color, and the color of your physics gun beam, this would be done on a client-side level. There will also be a command for it. The only real problem I see with this, is having to make a new dynamic texture for the physics gun and it's beam. Though Cayama0811 has done this already on the workshop with just the physics gun. Though that requires you modify a vmt file to change it's color though.

I think this would be a nice customization feature to have available, and plus alot of other sandbox mods already have it.

We need the actual physgun code on the repo to start working on that, for now a shitty solutions would be making a command that lets you change the values of the vmt from my addon, still it's not optimal
