Fix framerate issue
Players reported an issue with framerate dropping significantly when other players would log in/out. The issue was traced to the GUI update upon receiving an addon message. To resolve the issue GUI updates will now only occur when the appropriate frame is visible.
Fix Guild roster startup and shutdown
Fix instance notification
Previously the player would receive a notification if prohibited addon(s) were enabled upon entering a party or raid instance. They will now see this notification after reloading their UI or relogging while inside the instance.
