Charting the territory

Creating a graph which allows me to navigate between the different parts of the repository, and highlights the importance in that graph of the different files. The file co-modification graph links files that have appeared together in a commit, and includes all commits through history, all ~9000 of them. Get to the data directory for the raw data, in case you're interested in that.
