New Folder Dialog: "Enter" key triggers "cancel" rather than "OK"

I'm sure if this is intentional or not, but it seemed counter-intuitive.

@Targren I think you mean the Cancel key is selected by default That was intentional.all the rename and delete dialog do the same.
