Having trouble with sleep/shut off turning off my TV

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I had to manually add my TV. When I turn on the computer, it takes me to the right input (although this may be through the TV)

Can someone check out my settings to see if something looks off?

I have a Proton VPN that's been turned off during setup. I doubt it has anything to do with the issue

Hi, sorry for a delayed answer. But is the issue that the app does not power off the TV for standby or shutdown? Can you please enable debug level logging, let it run long enough to log the issue, upload the log to pastebin or similar and paste a link here please
