Samus's charge shot whoosh keeps playing after the game is paused

Resolved by #130 (commit 8dabe06 on main). portAudioPurgeFGMs is now called from pause-init via ftParamStopAllFightersLoopSFX — walks the live FGM EE0C list (unk_alsound_0x3C) directly and force-stops every voice via n_alSynStopVoice + n_alSynFreeVoice. The polite per-fighter ftParamStopLoopSFX route didn't work because siz34->unk_0x28 (the cached EE0C ptr) goes stale across the bytecode's case-2→0→free cycle.
