Everything is saved locally in your Chrome, so your prompts stay private, fast, and always under your control.
PromptFlow is a lightweight Chrome extension for saving, organizing, and reusing your favorite prompts anywhere you write on the web. Create a local prompt library, assign memorable // shortcuts, and insert full prompts into text fields without leaving the page you are working on.
It is built for people who rely on repeatable prompts every day: creators, marketers, developers, support teams, researchers, and anyone who wants a faster way to keep useful writing patterns close at hand.
PromptFlow turns short commands like //intro, //email-followup, or //debug-plan into full reusable prompts.
When you type // in a supported text field, PromptFlow shows a small suggestion menu near your cursor. You can keep typing to search, choose a prompt with the keyboard or mouse, and insert it instantly.
Your prompt library stays in Chrome local storage. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no external prompt database.

//intro. - Select the suggestion and PromptFlow inserts the full prompt.
PromptFlow is designed to stay out of the way. The suggestion menu appears only when you type the shortcut prefix, and it can be dismissed with Escape or by clicking elsewhere.
The management page gives you a simple place to build and maintain your prompt library.
You can create new prompts, edit existing ones, delete prompts you no longer use, search your library, and use tags to narrow down large collections. Long prompts can be previewed in a compact form and expanded when needed.
PromptFlow supports JSON import and export so your library is portable.
You can export a backup file at any time, then import it later into the same Chrome profile or another one. When importing, you can choose whether to update matching shortcuts, add only new prompts, or replace the current library with the imported file.
PromptFlow is intentionally local-first.
Your prompts are stored in Chrome local storage. The extension does not require an account, does not send your prompt library to a server, and does not depend on a cloud service to work.
