A long requested mod MTC or Map Tactical Crayons

This mod allows you to drawn on the map using tools such as pens, shapes and symbols in different colors.

Mod has been updated to support shapes and symbols side not although distance is included it currently does not paste distance to the map this is a known bug and I will fix it.
