• theme choose; - done

• notification settings ([40] Settings - Notification Settings #85);

• users&roles ([40] Settings - users&roles #86);

• system parameters ([20] Settings - System Data #135) - done;

• initial data - feed with data ([20] Settings - System Data #135) - done;

• system processes ([20] Settings - System Data #135) - done;

Need to create new tree menu component.
