@JacobPEvans

Summary

The goal is to create a centralized repository for shared GitHub workflows, reducing duplication and inconsistencies across multiple repositories. This involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for standardization, and implementing a solution that allows for easy maintenance and updates.

Details

The current state of GitHub workflows across Jacob P. Evans' repositories is fragmented, with duplicated efforts and inconsistencies. To address this, we need to:

  1. Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for standardization.
  2. Create a centralized repository for shared workflows.
  3. Develop a plan for migrating existing workflows to the new repository.
  4. Implement a system for easily updating and maintaining workflows.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A centralized repository for shared GitHub workflows is created.
  • Existing workflows are analyzed and standardized.
  • A plan for migrating existing workflows to the new repository is developed and implemented.
  • The new system allows for easy updates and maintenance of workflows.
