• The vs-wheels index is required for:
  • tensorrt-cu13-bindings==11.0.0.114
  • tensorrt-rtx-cu13-bindings==1.5.0.114
  • vapoursynth-fmtconv on Linux and macOS.
• The NVIDIA index is optional
