fix(create-module): post-qa fixes

Description

Fixes for bugs found during qa:

• CSS might not be there on first dev: add yarn build && in next steps
• Language switcher takes region into account (feat(library)!: added getSiteLocales, removed getNodeFromPathOrId #189)
• $MODULEmix for mixins
• camelCase node types
• pages -> templates/Page
• MainResource template
• Windows support (yarn pack?)
• line-height: 1.5
