[chore]: update dependencies to reduce react 19 peer dependency warning in projects using emblor

Update all dependencies. I can create a PR but perhaps its just as easy for the main maintainer to update them :D. Let me know what you prefer. Thnks!!

Additional Context

For those updating to react 19 - which is now released and stable - you get a lot of peer dependency warnings when using emblor. See screenshot.

for anyone facing this problem, the temporary workaround is to define the overrides in the package.json

"overrides": {
    "react": "^19.0.0",
    "react-dom": "^19.0.0"
 }

for yarn user, it could be

"resolutions": {  
    "react": "^19.0.0",
    "react-dom": "^19.0.0"
}
