Jamf Actions v1.2.1

Update app to better handle accessing shared preferences on Sequoia. Add ability to prohibit a version from running in the event a serious is identified. Add some management capabilities, restrict editing the server list, provide a list of servers to the app, option to disable new version alert, option to allow resetting new version alert display.
