Summary

• Bump version to 1.2.11
• Fix update notification command: npm install -g → npm update -g

Why

npm 1.2.10 was published from a branch missing the prompt indicator feature (config set-prompt, prompt command). This release rebuilds from main which includes all features (commit signing, prompt indicator).

• SSH commit signing (from v1.2.9)
• Shell prompt indicator with ghem prompt and ghem config set-prompt (from v1.2.9)
• Fix: update command text uses npm update instead of npm install
