docs: sync options reference with 1.4.0 (stats, maxConcurrentRequests, maxCacheBytes, heightOffset) The wiki hadn't been updated since 1.1.0-era options. maxConcurrentRequests (1.4.0), maxCacheBytes (1.3.0), and heightOffset (1.2.0) were missing from the Options & Tuning reference table and guidance sections, and the new dataSource.stats getter (1.4.0) had no documentation anywhere in the wiki.
docs: sync wiki with current codebase Update Architecture, Options-and-Tuning, Coordinate-Systems, and Home pages to reflect changes since early August: Float32 relative-position encoding replacing EncodedCartesian3, maxPoints and lazy hierarchy paging, the sphere-cache LRU, the epsgTable.ts split, and the styling options (colorMode, opacity, classificationFilter, intensityRange).
