HoloDirector is an AI creative director for generating and testing virtual artists: K-pop idols, VTubers, fictional groups, soloists, and era concepts.
Current specialization: VTuber direction. The starting wedge is a named director managing a virtual performer across eras and drops.
Future extensibility: the data shapes, cast pattern (director / artist / critic), and cascade simulation are intentionally generic so the same engine can later be specialized to other creative-direction domains — live-action musicians, AI podcast hosts, fictional brand mascots, book launches, indie-film director personas, webcomic writers — any project where a named taste-maker reacts to a simulated audience.
The hackathon demo preset is MARA directing ARIA, but the product goal is broader: create an artist pack, simulate audience reaction, then let a strong director persona decide whether to ship, pivot, or override the data.
