애노테이션 프로세서로 위 조건을 제약하려면 어떻게 짜야할까 ?.?

Modifier.isStatic(int mod)를 이용하면 판별 할 수 있어
이를 이용해서 책에 나와있는 코드를 고치면 아래와 같이 사용 할 수 있지!
