When trying to open wkhtmltopdf for reading, this error occurs on the Windows 10 build 10.0.19042.

This bug occurs if the user's folder in the system contains a Cyrillic and a parameter configuration = None in the method for generating pdf. Solved by adding a configuration parameter.
