Adds current models across all providers: OpenAI GPT-5.6 (Sol/Terra/Luna), GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4 family, and GPT-5.3 Codex; Anthropic Claude Opus 4.7/4.8, Claude Sonnet 5, and Claude Fable 5; Google Gemini 3.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview, and Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite (also via VertexAI); xAI Grok 4.5 and Grok 4.3.

Shut-down Gemini models (gemini-2.0-flash-001, gemini-2.0-flash-lite-001, gemini-3-pro-preview) are marked deprecated and removed from tests. Pricing metadata is taken from official provider documentation.
