Updated template branch version and removed core template.
Resolves merge conflicts from rhiza template sync: updates setup-uv to v7.6.0, CodeQL actions to v4.33.0, replaces rhiza>= with rhiza== pins, removes sync-experimental in favour of materialize deprecation stub. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
