- bugfix on new decoder board delay correction
- treat all input files as one for helicity state change detection during decoding
- post-processing
- enable helicity state change detection during post-processing, rebuilding all HEL::flip banks
- remove the option to flip the helicity during post-processing, never used
- initialize all helicity parameters from CCDB (removing hardcoded delay=8)
- various cleanup and convenience methods
