Request from Operability to update Presenter slide templates:

1. Move HCO Pie chart slide after PD Summary Slide
2. Remove heading Summary (maroon font) from HCO and SAM PD slide template
3. Add a new slide (two column) with title "PD Summary" after first PD Summary slide (both SAM and HCO types).
4. Move heading ES&H between FML and Physics
5. Add Vacuum between SRF and DC Power
6. Add MOLLER Install between ES&H and Physics
7. Spell out acronyms:
   • INJ: Injector
   • MSS: Mechanical Support
   • DC: DC Power
   • I&C: Instrumentation & Controls
   • SSG: Safety Systems
   • S&A: Survey & Alignment
   • ACG: Accelerator Computing
   • Cryo: Cyrogenics

Note: leave SRF, RF, FML, ES&H, Physics, LERF, Gun Test Stand, and UITF alone (don't expand acronyms)
