docs: expand CLI and daemon guide

docs(install): lead with standalone refact binary + daemon paradigm - New Installation-CLI page: curl|sh / install.ps1, ~/.refact/bin, self-update, daemon commands - Rewrite Installation overview to standalone-first; plugins are optional daemon clients - Home: reflect single-binary daemon paradigm + link CLI install
