The issue was that on older devices TizenTube wouldn't load. This was due to the user script of TizenTube including UTF 16 characters and that was breaking the older Chromium JSON parser. It was never a TizenBrew issue.

Also replaces the WebAPIs script-tag fallback with a console warning since the tag is blocked by CSP anyway. Bump version to v2.1.21
