Slightly better onboarding

I've been using Dayflow almost a week, and every day I stare at this screen with confusion (attached below). I wish there were docs or video (both for different types of learners) that helped folks like me along. I'd probably even have willingness to create it (prev. DevRel and technologist).

Question (and confusion):

1. Do the pill UI, like "Coding/Debugging", "Code Review", etc. go in the different "Focus Goal" / "Distraction Goal" buckets, or do they go up top to track them?
2. Is it recommended that folks create custom categories quickly to personalize? If so, how can we make onboarding more prevalent to point them there?
