It could be a panel with info or just an empty margin. Look at any modern site, text started not at the left side of the page.

I'm not sure I quite understand this ticket. As I make the screen really wide, the content centers, which means the extra space divides equally between left/right margin.

The issue is in "too much whitespace" I think
