Allow positioning of ggtb()

Can we add a parameter to control where the ggtb toolbar goes, instead of always top center? For example, top left/right, or right top/center/bottom. And also another to control whether the toolbar buttons are laid out horizontally or vertically.

An alternative is to be able to control a set of default interactions. For example, Ctrl+wheel (wheel zoom) could be active all the time unless a tool on the toolbar is selected (if the toolbar is present at all, that is).

If you're using Lets-Plot in Compose Desktop, you actually can build your own toolbar as a regular Compose composable and place it wherever you want in your layout.

The pattern is three pieces:

• Create a shared PlotFigureModel — this is the bridge between your toolbar and the plot
• Place your toolbar composable anywhere in your Compose layout
• Pass the same figureModel to both the toolbar and PlotPanel

    MyCustomToolbar(figureModel = figureModel)

You can also combine this with default interactions. For example pan/zoom via keyboard modifiers:
