After recent upgrades:

• Kotlin: 1.9.2 → 2.2.20
• Ktor: 2.3.12 → 3.1.3

The generated package.json now includes the fixed version:

"dependencies": {
  "ws":  "8.18.0"
}

which addresses the DoS vulnerability affecting versions 8.0.0 - 8.17.0.

As ws is brought in as a Ktor transitive dependency, the issue was likely fixed by upgrading the Ktor version.
