This PR updates the web application, aimed at making it easier to asses the quality of the fit

Major changes:

  • Graph control now has Selectors which control multiple filters. This allows for globally switching between fits or states
  • Added coverage view showing MSE per peptide
  • Added peptide view showing D-uptake curves per peptide and fit curve
  • Added losses/epoch window

Minor changes:

  • clean up filter names, place filters directly in dictionary
  • added readme folder with web app structure information
