This program allows you to encrypt/decrypt your file.

You may custom your encryption by choosing :
	- the bytes to encrypt
	- the value fluctuation
	- vigenere or ceasar encryption
	- add or remove the value (c adds and d decrease)

Without knowing the 4 choices you did, no one can decrypt your file.
