Home.md: added v2.12.0 "What's New" summary table covering Chameleon Ultra,
BLE-only wardrive fix, SD deadlock fix, DMA headroom, adaptive capture,
GPS 5Hz opt-in, boot auto-detect, GPS icon, active BLE scan, CSV fsync,
CSV rotation, PN532 SD dictionary, and SD Provision updates.
Wardriving.md: full rewrite covering D-UCB scheduler, adaptive speed profiles,
GPS integration (baud auto-detect, 5Hz opt-in, multi-vendor commands, status icon,
