FaiCE v0.1.0

Windows installer for FaiCE v0.1.0.

Built from the current main branch on Windows x64.

Packaging notes:

• NSIS installer
• x64 Windows build
• no asar archive so Kokoro/ONNX/Sharp native TTS runtime DLLs load correctly
• unsigned build, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first launch

Local verification:

• npm test passed: 24 tests
• npm run build passed
• installer payload includes ONNX Runtime and Sharp native Windows DLLs required for TTS
