vector blocking internet access to google app, how?

So I just went through switching from apatch to kernelSU Next over this problem with vector/lsposed/NeoZygisk. When I was on apatch 11219 without vector loaded Google app & some apps using its framework are blocked from internet. Unloading or sometimes re-loading the old lsposed would fix the issue but not always. What's strange is apatch 11219 caused the problem even if vector was not loaded & NeoZygisk of course was. So I switched to kernelSU Next & didn't have the issue till I loaded vector. I'm so lost as to where to began troubleshooting this. Its very odd bug. Could it be neozygisk causing this, it seems unlikely because without vector problem is gone.

UPDATE: After 30x reboots ive been able to detirmine the cause of this. It is vector/lsposed triggered because without it the bug does not appear. Neozygisk has the bug & I was able to use google app & vector without neo-zygisk. I installed BreZygisk & thats as much investigation as I'm willing to put forth. Fix NeoZygisk..

That is unlikely to happen. Please upload logs with the following settings: debug CI build of NeoZygisk + Vector 2.2 debug build, and all other system modules disabled.

With logs, I can probably locate internet issues of your device.
