Latest version demands an update when no update exists

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

Can't figure what would reporduce this, it "just happened".

Downloaded and installed 3021 (latest release on website at this time).
On reboot it demanded an update although it was latest version.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Shouldnt demand update if there isnt one

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Download latest version in action tab and clear up shell app cache and storage.

I dont seem to have any App with the name "shell" in it. And yes, I clicked "show system apps". @JingMatrix

You might try swiping up from the bottom in Vector UI to access the recent tasks screen, then tapping its icon.
