1. Close #159 as fixed, though it points to the removal of warning `Unsupported class loader`, for which we can do later. 2. Take the commit from JingMatrix/LSPlant to fix the bug JingMatrix/LSPlant#2. 3. Add another commit of JingMatrix/LSPlant in pull-request #203
