[UI/UX] Create login page

Issue Description

• Setup react project structure with webpack configuration and define running script.
• Add description of your project structure with use of all files and folder.
• Design Login Page and add a sketch of the page in screenshot.
• Add username and password field in login form.

UI Requirement

• Password must contain :---

1. Alpha numeric.
2. Minimum 8 characters
3. Must contain one capital letter.
4. Must contain a number.
5. Maximum of 15 characters.
