Replace Twing safe_join work-around with upstream fix

Tracking this Twing bug in its `join` filter: https://gitlab.com/nightlycommit/twing/-/issues/544

When the `join` bug is fixed upstream, we should remove the work-around in `filters/safe_join/twing.js` that we added with #44.
