template classes are extremely slow in typescript. i found this out the hard way. after a week of trying to optimize my code, i discovered that when i replaced the template class for an interface, it would run SIGNIFICANTLY faster.
naming conventions: the folders are snake_case
the files and classes are PascalCase
variables and functions are camelCase
