fixed 2 small issues

• fixes favicon location (now it can be uploaded and selected from within theme options)

• fixed the " for the navigation icon

get gpm to pick up changes

since the 0.1.5 was not picked up by the GPM, i've bumped the version in hope that this one will be picked up and changed by the GPM

now you can upload to the theme://images, save the images and select them from within the Theme settings

• added the choosing a Site Logo and Favicon
  • logo must be SVG
  • favicon must be pgn/jpg
• added demo pages (this should prompt you to backup your current pages during install)

remove conflict with gpm naming as there is another theme Portfolio.

the new name reflects being built with Bulma CSS
