Fixes #1098 — the Visual Studio Marketplace badge was showing "no longer available", causing confusion. Remove all header badges (crates.io, CI, Codecov) to clean up the README. https://claude.ai/code/session_01LLWmKBtSsQjnMb4wDzdoDA
