This project is a helper library used to connect projects with the Quantower platform.
Quantower installs itself to a relative location, so it must be located before its dlls can be imported.
Quantower's "Algo" extension injects this information into projects in a non-portable way.
This project is one of several intended to provide a better developer experience.
