SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Game Title: Scientsts Last Stand

This Agreement governs the use of the software titled Scientists Last Stand (“Software”). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Permission
You are granted permission to download and use the Software for personal, non-commercial or commercial use, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Restrictions
You are not permitted to:

Redistribute the Software or any of its assets, whether in original or modified form.

Modify the Software or any of its assets, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, or data files.

Extract or reuse any individual assets in other software, media, or projects.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

3. Ownership Disclaimer
This Software is provided without copyright claim. No intellectual property rights are asserted by the author. However, use of the Software is restricted by this license agreement, which defines the terms under which the Software may be used.

4. Commercial Use
You may use the Software for commercial purposes (e.g., streaming, monetized gameplay videos), provided you comply fully with the restrictions in Section 2.

5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. If you violate any of its terms, your rights under this license are automatically terminated, and you must delete all copies of the Software.
