IBM Project
This project is an IBM Data Analysis with Python project where we work for a Real Estate Investment Trust as a Data Analyst. The Trust wants to go into residential real estate investing. I have been responsible for establishing the market price of a property based on a list of specifications. I am to use qualities or features such as square footage, number of bedrooms, number of floors, and so on to assess and estimate house values. A template notebook is provided for the project with ten questions to complete. In the template notebook, there are some answers to the questions.
The programming language for this project is Python and all code is written in Juypter Notebool
